The Anti Costa Hawkins initiative is funded with Taxpayers money. Weinstein wants Strict Rent Control WITHOUT vacancy decontrol. This is a passable form of the Prop 10 initiative 2 years ago. The Aids Foundation has a Billion dollars to fund the attack. We must defeat Prop 10-2.0 or our values will drop like they did in Santa Monica after Rent Control passed in 1979.
